Shipping & Returns
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept exchanges within seven (7) days of you receiving the package, for most items in new condition. Style Status does not refund taxes, duties or shipping charges. All exchanges are issued as STORE CREDIT for you to use on a later purchase.
Here's the fine print. You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox, and sale items, swimwear & bodysuits are FINAL SALE. Also, gift cards and items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To return your item(s), please send us an email at email@example.com (7) days from the day you received your package. Please write your order number on the title and indicate your reason for return. We will then provide you with the return instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it'll take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary; therefore If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It's always better to be able to track a big order and not have to worry about where it is!
*We accept no liability for any loss or damaged goods caused by the postal service, after the item has been shipped.
Local Pick Ups:
We are happy to announce we now offer local pick ups in the Vancouver Downtown area. When placing your order with the "local pick up" option, we strongly advise you to leave a personal contact number. Once your order is placed and a confirmation email is sent to you, a member of the Style Status team will personally get in touch with you to arrange a pick up date and time that is most convenient for you. All local pick up orders can be picked up as early as the same day of ordering!
